Important Product Disclaimer

Please note that our Ula Fala necklaces are handcrafted from natural materials, meaning each piece is unique. Variations in bead size, shape, texture, colour and overall appearance are normal and reflect the traditional handmade nature of these products.

Paint & Colour Care: Our Ula Fala necklaces are hand-painted, and while care is taken during preparation and finishing, the paint is not permanent. Minor paint chipping, flaking, fading or colour transfer may occur naturally over time, particularly through handling, friction, moisture or regular wear.

To help preserve your necklace, we recommend handling it gently, keeping it dry and storing it away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

As each necklace is individually handcrafted, we cannot guarantee perfectly uniform beads or a permanent paint finish. Necklaces are selected at random, and slight variations are to be expected.

Tip: Use spray paint to refresh faded colours or nail polish to touch up chipped areas.

Please note: Natural variations and reasonable wear over time are not considered manufacturing defects. However, if your necklace arrives damaged or has a genuine quality issue, please contact us so we can assess and resolve your concern.

Fa'afetai lava for supporting traditional Samoan craftsmanship and our local artisans ❤️
