Shipping within NZ
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, depending on order volume.
If you require your order before the weekend, we recommend placing your order by Tuesday or Wednesday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
All parcels are sent without signature unless a signature is requested at an extra cost. Once your parcel has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier, so we encourage customers to monitor their tracking.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Flat-rate shipping is available for Australia, the USA, and most international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that some products cannot be shipped overseas. However, alternative shipping arrangements may be available - please contact us via email to discuss.
All international orders include tracked shipping and typically arrive within 12 working days (delivery times may vary).
